задачи
- Build, manage, and scale B2C sales teams;
- Build and manage first- and second-line sales teams;
- Convert cold leads into active clients;
- Set KPIs and manage sales performance;
- Achieve sales targets.
требования
- 5+ Years of experience in B2C sales in crypto or forex;
- 2+ Years of experience in a sales leadership role;
- Strong understanding of the trading audience and the full client journey from lead to first deposit, activation, retention, and reactivation;
- Hands-on experience with GHL (GoHighLevel), Twilio, Chatterfy, or similar sales and communication tools;
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, conversion rates, deposits, retention, and reactivation;
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills;
- Fluent English (C1+);
- Nice to have: experience working with cold traffic and converting cold leads into active clients.
