• Act as an expert in endpoint or network security, including AV, EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, firewall, and HIPS/IDS;
• Articulate basic security problems to diverse audiences;
• Work independently as a self-starter;
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering as the technical bridge between CrowdStrike and prospects or customers;
• Conduct demonstrations and proof of values, presenting technical concepts to external audiences up to C-level executives;
• Manage time and organizational responsibilities effectively.

• Fluent English and French;
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment across multiple engagements;
• 2+ Years of experience, or equivalent experience, in support, consulting, or systems engineering;
• Strong written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills;
• Strong problem-solving skills and a systematic approach to resolving complex multivariate problems under pressure;
• Ability to understand complex architectures and identify gaps or opportunities to bypass traditional security technologies;
• Curious nature, desire to learn, and competitive spirit;
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or relevant work experience;
• Proven experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes;
• Nice to have: technical understanding of incident response, computer forensics, network administration and management, endpoint security including anti-virus solutions, malware analysis experience, cybersecurity expertise, MEDDIC/Value Selling awareness.
