задачи
- Find and bring in new B2B clients;
- Run meetings and presentations and negotiate with decision-makers;
- Prepare commercial proposals;
- Grow long-term relationships with the existing client base;
- Work closely with the recruitment team;
- Manage CRM and reporting;
- Attend international conferences.
требования
- Have 2+ years of B2B sales experience in a recruitment agency or HR tech services;
- Be fluent in English;
- Be based in Europe;
- Be able to source clients independently and negotiate with decision-makers.
