Kraft Heinz is a food and beverage company producing Heinz products and developing retail sales and trade marketing activities.

• Develop and implement the field sales strategy with the Retail Multiples team as part of the Annual Operating Plan;
• Partner with agencies to implement the Kraft Heinz FSF methodology and ensure high-quality execution;
• Coach and train the Field Sales team on selling tactics, relationship management, and product knowledge;
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of the salesforce;
• Use data-driven insights to optimize field salesforce operations and track sales metrics;
• Lead Monthly Performance Reviews;
• Implement promotional and trade marketing initiatives, including Shippers and Shelf POS;
• Present and introduce new SKUs to increase KHC product presence;
• Activate local seasonal events to drive brand engagement and sales revenue;
• Partner with the Global Sales Execution team to optimize and continuously improve field sales fundamentals.

• Experience in field sales, key account management, or trade marketing;
• Experience leading teams or agencies;
• Familiarity with sales tracking and reporting tools;
• Familiarity with FSF execution methodologies;
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
• Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce;
• Ability to set direction and challenging performance objectives for teams and territories;
• Strong commercial skills, including value proposition, pricing strategies, and customer influence;
• Ability to engage, coach, and lead field sales teams;
• Strong focus on execution standards, in-store monitoring, and results;
• Ability to analyze market data and FSF performance and make strategic recommendations;
• Ability to strengthen operator relationships and identify growth opportunities.
