задачи
Lead the sales cycle from prospect identification, tendering, and deal optimization to negotiation and closure of wind farm supply contracts;
Establish customer relationships, build trust, and understand customer business cases to develop value propositions;
Ensure cross-functional collaboration within a matrix organization and across group functions;
Monitor and assess market trends and customer and competitor activities;
Handle internal and external stakeholders;
Contribute to the development of Vestas commercial strategy.
требования
Master's degree in Business or Engineering, or equivalent;
3+ Years of experience as a Sales Manager or Commercial Project Manager in complex environments;
Contract negotiation skills and experience with complex technical contracts;
Ability to identify and involve business stakeholders;
Fluent in German and English;
Ability to deliver results under agile conditions;
Solid communication skills and a natural challenger mindset;
Ability to influence internal stakeholders and work effectively in a matrix organization;
Financial understanding and investigative capabilities;
Ability to work in time-sensitive environments and willingness to go the extra mile.
