• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder discussions to gather, clarify, and analyze requirements;
• Translate business, technical, and regulatory needs into coherent and testable project requirements;
• Create and maintain project documentation, including BRD, FRD, integration requirements, business rules, process maps, and traceability documentation;
• Create and organize the Jira backlog, including epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
• Analyze and document integrations between RGS, PAM/Wallet, ODE, Game Studio, reporting areas, and external systems;
• Support project delivery across all stages, from discovery through development, testing, UAT/CAT, release preparation, and go-live;
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Compliance, Implementation, Finance teams, and the client;
• Manage dependencies, risks, assumptions, decisions, and scope changes throughout the project lifecycle;
• Support end-to-end testing, issue analysis, and solution deployment and launch readiness activities.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with complex enterprise platforms or integration projects;
• Very good knowledge of gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements;
• Experience working in Agile and iterative solution delivery environments;
• Advanced knowledge of Jira, including epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
• Ability to map business processes, transaction flows, system interactions, and integration dependencies;
• Experience working with APIs, JSON payloads, Swagger/OpenAPI documentation, and system integrations;
• Very good communication, analytical, and organizational skills;
• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups and leading workshops and analysis sessions;
• Experience in regulated, compliance-driven, or audit environments;
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation at a functional level, including API documentation, sequence diagrams, and request/response examples;
• Good understanding of end-to-end flows, system boundaries, integration dependencies, and data flows between platforms;
• Practical understanding of authentication, tokens, endpoints, credentials, environment configuration, and release environments;
• Ability to translate technical constraints into business impact, requirements, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios;
• Nice to have: Experience in iLottery, Lottery, iGaming, Sports Betting, Payments, FinTech, or another highly regulated industry; knowledge of RGS platforms, PAM/Wallet integrations, ODE, jackpots, promotions, reporting, settlement and reconciliation processes; experience with implementations across multiple markets or jurisdictions; SQL; SAFe or IREB/CPRE certification, or experience on projects delivered in cooperation with regulators.
