• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for admin panel development;
• Gather and prioritize requirements across multiple business domains, aligning them with internal processes and goals;
• Translate stakeholder needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation;
• Work with the development team to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements;
• Conduct reviews and demos with stakeholders to gather feedback and validate progress;
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and departments to ensure clear communication and shared understanding of requirements;
• Prioritize and refine the product backlog based on feedback, dependencies, and evolving business needs;
• Support the development team in resolving blockers and ensuring smooth delivery;
• Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies to drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

• 4+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in a similar role;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for understanding complex business processes, identifying issues, and proposing solutions;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholder groups simultaneously;
• Ability to elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements;
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN notations;
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
• Strong decomposition skills;
• Good knowledge of Atlassian Suite, including Jira and Confluence;
• Experience creating wireframes using Miro, draw.io, Balsamiq, or similar tools;
• Structured, process- and result-oriented approach with a practical problem-solving mindset.
