• Generate insights that lead to better decisions for the company and its customers;
• Curate datasets, surface metrics, perform statistical modelling, and conduct deeper-dive analysis;
• Help identify the drivers of growth at company or regional level;
• Analyze customer segments and cohorts and their contribution to growth;
• Connect customer acquisition and activity with marketing or product initiatives to measure their realized financial return.

• 3 Years of experience in similar roles;
• Mathematical or quantitative background;
• Strong SQL skills;
• Familiarity with Python/R;
• Strong analytical ability;
• Understanding of statistics and statistical modelling;
• Data visualization and storytelling ability;
• Ability to self-organize and manage stakeholders;
• Demonstrated impact beyond basic role requirements;
• Legally authorized to work in the UK;
• Applicants must have the right to work in the UK;
• Nice to have: DBT, data modelling in a warehouse context, understanding of testing and experimental design.
