Cinematic AI Creator for cinematic AI content

• Direct and produce cinematic AI content end to end, from concept and story through shot list, generation, editing, sound, and final delivery;
• Build multi-shot sequences with consistent characters, wardrobe, world, lighting, and geography across cuts;
• Design shots through lens, framing, blocking, lighting, colour, grading, and camera movement;
• Create hero shots, launch set pieces, and showcases demonstrating stylistic range;
• Define cinematic directions for camera moves, lighting setups, film stocks, genre looks, transitions, and VFX beats clearly enough to be productised;
• Prototype new cinematic capabilities and demonstrate what is possible before feature development;
• Set and document the quality bar for shipped video work;
• Test each new video model on release and report on strengths, failure modes, prompt behaviour, motion quality, and temporal consistency;
• Track the development of AI filmmaking.

• A body of work including film, series or episodic work, commercials, music videos, short films, branded or short-form content, alongside AI-native work;
• Deep understanding of visual storytelling, including story structure, plot, pacing, shot design, blocking, performance, and editing;
• Strong command of cinematography fundamentals, including cameras, lenses, lighting, colour, grading, composition, and camera movement;
• Ability to express cinematography concepts precisely in prompts;
• Hands-on experience with generative video models and image models used to support them;
• Video prompting skills covering motion description, camera control, identity and style preservation, and first/last-frame and reference-driven workflows;
• End-to-end post-production skills in editing, grading, and sound;
• Ability to run a full production cycle independently;
• Awareness of internet culture and what makes cinematic content travel;
• Strong judgement in maintaining a high quality bar, including for personal work;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: background in VFX, animation, motion design, concept art or 3D; experience directing hybrid productions combining live footage with generative work; ComfyUI or node-based video pipelines; LoRA or character-consistency training; interest in shaping AI creative tools; public presence as an AI filmmaker or creator.
