задачи
Create graphics for digital platforms and print, including educational resources, websites, email campaigns, reports, and training materials;
Develop motion design for explainer videos, social media content, and training materials;
Create visual assets aligned with brand guidelines;
Design presentations and proposals;
Collaborate with local and international teams on various projects;
Take ownership of assigned projects from concept to implementation;
Continuously learn and improve design skills;
Participate in some in-person collaboration, learning, and relationship-building with clients, peers, leaders, and communities.
требования
Fluent English and Polish, spoken and written;
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, and Photoshop;
Ability to create illustrations and visual concepts;
Strong PowerPoint skills;
Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual communication;
Portfolio showcasing strong and flexible design skills;
At least 2 years of experience;
Attention to detail and solid organizational skills;
Ability to work well in a team and communicate ideas effectively;
Nice to have: Experience with Figma.
