motion designer for digital campaigns

Prodigious is a production house within Publicis Groupe that creates, produces, and post-produces high-quality content. It specializes in video production, film post-production, sound production, digital campaign materials, social media content, web animations, cinemagraphs, mailings, newsletters, DTP, and CGI, providing clients with comprehensive marketing services.

• Create 2D and optionally 3D animations for digital campaigns, social media, online video, and presentations;
• Prepare animations based on static key visuals, layouts, packshots, infographics, and typography;
• Implement projects according to technical requirements and specifications for social, display, and video formats;
• Deliver projects while maintaining visual consistency with the client's brand identity;
• Develop creative concepts with the creative team, including the art director, graphic designer, and copywriter, from idea to final render;
• Participate in the creative process at every stage of project delivery.

• Have strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects;
• Work with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator;
• Demonstrate a strong sense of motion, timing, and animation aesthetics;
• Have at least one year of experience in a similar position;
• Animate typography and apply editing principles and classical animation principles;
• Understand how to work with a brief and implement project feedback;
• Have a portfolio or showreel presenting completed work; this is required and must be included in the CV;
• Nice to have: Basic 3D animation skills with Cinema 4D or Blender, experience using plugins such as Duik, Trapcode, Motion, or Overlord, experience working for brands or in an advertising agency, knowledge of current motion design and video trends, ability to use generative AI models in animation production.
