Lead user experience from conception to launch and advocate the design vision for an entertainment app;
Manage, mentor, and support a team of product designers across iOS, Android, and web;
Build a culture of craft, collaboration, and continuous learning;
Champion product design across the organization, educate stakeholders, and establish design-led practices;
Drive measurable business outcomes through design decisions balancing user delight and company growth;
Promote and integrate AI-assisted design tools to streamline creative workflows and improve quality and velocity;
Create user-centric designs, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for a mobile entertainment product;
Develop features focused on content discovery and loyalty gamification;
Build and evolve product design guidelines and the design system;
Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop solutions within technical constraints;
Apply iOS and Android platform best practices to ensure design quality and seamless interactions;
Transform research insights and analytics into actionable design concepts;
Identify opportunities for AI and automation to streamline design operations;
Establish and maintain scalable design processes;
Identify opportunities to enhance product usability;
Stay current with mobile gaming trends and the advertising ecosystem;
Foster a high-performing, growth-minded design team through mentorship and feedback.
требования
5+ Years of experience leading a mobile product design team, ideally in entertainment or gaming;
Experience scaling or refining established design teams and processes;
Portfolio showcasing impactful mobile design work;
Proven expertise in gamification and user engagement;
Expert proficiency in Figma;
Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to craft;
