• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to provide actionable insights and support business decision-making;
• Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems;
• Clean and preprocess data to ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy;
• Design and implement algorithms for predictive analytics and statistical modeling;
• Communicate findings through data visualizations, reports, and presentations to technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to align data analysis with business objectives;
• Continuously improve data models by experimenting with new features, algorithms, and techniques;
• Maintain and enhance data pipelines for efficient data processing and integration;
• Monitor model performance in production and make adjustments as necessary.

• 2+ Years of experience as a Data Scientist;
• Strong proficiency in Python;
• Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch;
• Experience with data manipulation and cleaning using Pandas or Numpy;
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, or Power BI;
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and algorithms, including regression, classification, clustering, and hypothesis testing;
• Solid knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases and strong SQL skills;
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team;
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or above;
• German at Intermediate+ level or above;
• Nice to have: R.
