Women in Tech is working on a tech-for-good product that helps drive efficiencies for the NHS. Its core product is a complex real-time shift rota application hosted on AWS and accessible via web and mobile devices.

Re-architect and enhance the front-end scheduling platform into an Angular codebase;
Focus on front-end projects using modern Angular 21;
Write and optimise SQL database queries;
Contribute to technical discussions and decision-making;
Influence best practices and technology choices;
Mentor and develop other team members.
требования
Front-end experience with JavaScript and modern Angular, including Angular 21;
Experience with relational databases and SQL query writing;
Good understanding of REST APIs, real-time systems, CI/CD;
Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices and Agile development methodologies;
Experience in start-ups or SMEs with a variety of responsibilities;
Collaborative and pragmatic approach with strong communication skills;
Degree in Computer Science or a similar technical discipline from a top-tier university;
Nice to have: Experience with Angular Ionic for mobile applications.
