Moss is a SaaS scale-up that provides a digital, AI-driven spend management product for SMBs across Europe, including corporate cards, accounts payables, employee cash reimbursements, and procurement.

• Build a developer productivity measurement platform integrating GitHub, Linear, Slack, and CI/CD signals into a coherent view of delivery flow;
• Identify and remove friction from engineering workflows, including slow pipelines, poor feedback loops, unclear ownership, and noisy alerting;
• Define, deploy, and iterate on AI tooling for local development, including IDE integrations, agentic tools, MCP servers, and model integrations such as Claude and Codex;
• Build guardrails for safe AI adoption, including prompt logging, data classification boundaries, an approved model catalogue, and usage observability;
• Understand engineering and product workflows to surface bottlenecks and systemic issues and drive improvements with team buy-in;
• Write practical documentation, including runbooks, adoption guides, and decision records.

• 8+ Years of experience in cloud-native startups, FinTechs, or high-volume engineering environments;
• 3+ Years of experience working in a developer experience team;
• 1–2 Years of professional experience using modern agentic tools;
• 5+ Years of experience building integrations between services;
• Business-fluent English at C1 level or above;
• Navigate ambiguity and make decisions as new information emerges without waiting for fully defined problems;
• Identify what needs solving rather than only executing scoped work;
• Apply rigour to tooling decisions while balancing productivity gains with security and compliance constraints in a regulated environment;
• Build trust with engineering teams through hands-on presence rather than top-down mandates.
