• Design, build, and maintain on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure;
• Run and optimize development, staging, and production environments with clear operational processes;
• Manage and operate Kubernetes clusters at scale;
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines;
• Support microservices architecture;
• Implement security best practices;
• Monitor, log, and manage alerting;
• Improve performance, scalability, and system resilience;
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across networking, Kubernetes, cloud services, and application layers;
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve delivery processes.

• 7+ Years of hands-on DevOps and Platform experience;
• Strong experience with AWS, including EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, VPC, and IAM;
• Proven experience with Kubernetes and Helm;
• Solid experience with Docker and containerized environments;
• Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines;
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools;
• Experience working on mission-critical systems such as payments, fintech, banking, gaming, or similar;
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot production systems under pressure;
• Fluent English at C1 level;
• Nice to have: Experience leading complex infrastructure projects such as cloud migration, experience designing and implementing disaster recovery strategies, strong understanding of networking, security, and scaling, Ukrainian at B1 level.
