• Strong prioritisation and execution skills;
• Confident stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Ability to clearly communicate plans, priorities, and progress to different audiences;
• Ability to advise stakeholders and guide complex assignments;
• Ability to analyse data from multiple sources and solve problems creatively;
• Ability to communicate complex or sensitive information;
• Experience with risk management, controls, governance, or policy development;
• Nice to have: understanding or exposure to coding, Machine Learning, or AI concepts; awareness of commercial considerations and how product decisions contribute to business value and outcomes.
