• Define and own the growth platform strategy and roadmap for capabilities that unlock conversion, activation, retention, and market scalability;
• Translate platform investments into business outcomes through clear growth hypotheses and incremental delivery;
• Identify where AI can materially improve the patient experience and embed it into the product;
• Enable dynamic experiences across landing pages, onboarding, and in-product surfaces through CMS, feature flagging, and content infrastructure;
• Build a tech stack that enables new markets to launch in weeks rather than months;
• Work with a cross-functional squad of engineers and designers.

• Have solid product management experience with meaningful experience in platform, growth, data, or infrastructure;
• Combine technical and commercial perspectives, connecting product investments to patient value and growth metrics;
• Turn ambiguous product needs into sequenced, defensible roadmaps;
• Adapt to changing requirements without losing sight of strategic direction;
• Be comfortable working with data teams on event tracking, user identity, and data models;
• Build alignment across engineering, data, design, and growth without relying on formal authority;
• Be genuinely curious about where AI belongs in product experiences;
• Nice to have: healthcare experience, multi-market platform thinking, building personalisation engines.
