EPAM develops enterprise software products, open source solutions, and accelerators.

• Own product scope, backlog, and priorities for technically complex, integration-heavy, AI-enabled, or multi-vendor initiatives;
• Translate business needs into technically implementable requirements and acceptance criteria;
• Identify and shape AI-enabled and agentic solution opportunities with architecture, engineering, data/AI, and client teams;
• Align multiple stakeholders and vendors on scope, dependencies, ownership, decisions, and delivery priorities;
• Support trade-off decisions between business value, AI potential, technical feasibility, risks, timeline, and implementation complexity;
• Use AI tools to accelerate discovery, requirements analysis, backlog refinement, documentation, and decision preparation.

• Experience in Technical Product Owner, Product Owner, System Analyst, solution-oriented BA, or similar roles;
• Strong understanding of architecture, APIs, integrations, data flows, NFRs, and delivery constraints;
• Experience with platform, enterprise, integration-heavy, AI-enabled, or data-driven products;
• Understanding of GenAI and agentic AI patterns, including agents, copilots, human-in-the-loop flows, guardrails, and evaluation criteria;
• Ability to work in multi-stakeholder and multi-vendor environments with unclear ownership and conflicting priorities;
• Strong backlog management, prioritization, stakeholder communication, consulting, and decision-making skills.
