Develop and execute a product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs;
Identify and prioritise opportunities across acquisition, engagement, retention and operational efficiency;
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions;
Lead end-to-end product development from discovery and ideation through launch and iteration;
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and operations teams to define and deliver product solutions;
Own and prioritise the product backlog using data-driven decisions;
Improve user journeys and experiences to drive engagement and satisfaction;
Use data and insights to identify opportunities, measure performance and optimise key metrics;
Align product initiatives with company objectives through stakeholder collaboration;
Communicate product vision, progress and outcomes to stakeholders;
Deliver other activities required for the role.

6+ Years of product management experience, ideally in a consumer-focused or digital product environment;
Proven experience delivering impactful software products and features end-to-end;
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment;
Strong customer focus and passion for building intuitive, valuable user experiences;
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams and levels;
Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into actionable insights;
Creative problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to delivery;
Collaborative team player willing to get hands-on when needed;
Proactive, self-starting and ownership-driven mindset.
