задачи
- Support the roll-out, adoption, and ongoing success of Savills' CRM platform across the EMEA region;
- Drive CRM adoption and embed new ways of working;
- Maximise the commercial value of client data and insights;
- Lead engagement, communication, training, and change management initiatives;
- Help colleagues develop the skills and confidence to use CRM technology effectively;
- Partner with business and technology teams to shape future platform enhancements;
- Maintain data and process governance;
- Deliver insights that support business development and client growth.
требования
- Experience with CRM implementation and adoption;
- Strong stakeholder management skills;
- Proven ability to drive behavioural change across complex, international organisations;
- Nice to have: Experience with Dynamics 365, Introhive, or similar CRM platforms.
