• Rebuild the complete Klaviyo flow architecture, including Post-Purchase, Second-Order, Winback, and Subscription flows;
• Establish a testing system with one documented A/B test per week, captured learnings, and clear rollout decisions;
• Own campaign logic and segmentation across engagement segments, storytelling sequences, and new versus existing customers;
• Implement Klaviyo AI and predictive features, including Predictive CLV, Churn Risk, and Next Order Date, in segmentation and flow logic;
• Manage and professionally challenge the agency, measuring every recommendation against data;
• Expand subscription and loyalty communications to measurably increase repeat purchase rates.

• At least 3 years of CRM, retention, or lifecycle experience in a relevantly scaled D2C or E-Commerce company;
• Experience owning a channel rather than only supporting it;
• Proven Klaviyo expertise in complex flow architectures, segmentation logic, A/B testing setups, and deliverability management;
• Shopify stack experience;
• Strong analytical skills with cohort analysis, repeat-rate structures, attribution logic, and incrementality thinking;
• Productive experience using LLM tools such as Claude or ChatGPT for analysis, segmentation logic, copy, or process automation, with demonstrable improvements;
• Native-level German;
• Confident English;
• Nice to have: HTML/CSS fundamentals.
