задачи
- Manage and optimize the CRM system on a daily basis;
- Monitor and control lead distribution;
- Work closely with the sales team to support performance;
- Track key metrics and system efficiency;
- Identify and improve internal workflows.
требования
- Experience in the Forex industry is essential;
- Good level of English, spoken and written;
- Experience with CRM systems and Excel / Google Sheets;
- Strong computer / IT skills;
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive;
- Candidates without sales experience are preferred;
- Only people already in Cyprus and with relevant experience will be accepted.
