задачи
- Build and optimize core funnels, including Welcome, Deposit Conversion, Reactivation, and Churn Prevention;
- Launch personalized communication flows via Email, SMS, In-App, and Push;
- Control bonus emissions, promo costs, and campaign ROI;
- Run A/B tests and analyze cohort performance;
- Boost LTV in close collaboration with Product, BI, VIP, and Acquisition teams.
требования
- 3+ Years of hands-on experience in iGaming Retention / CRM;
- Mandatory experience with Tier-1 GEOs;
- Deep understanding of LTV, NGR, ARPPU, Retention Rate, Bonus Cost, and ROI;
- Proven independence in CRM automation, segmentation, and data-driven decision-making.
