• Maintain and evolve the existing automated testing infrastructure;
• Develop and set up frameworks for automated testing;
• Write and run automated tests within the existing framework;
• Drive automation of processes and integrate various systems and tools;
• Systematically support and develop the testing pyramid and Shift Left practices;
• Contribute to testing new features throughout the entire SDLC;
• Manage QA team backlog, roadmap, and documentation;
• Actively contribute to the technological growth of the QA team;
• Stay proactive in improving development quality across all levels.

• 5+ Years in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on test automation;
• Solid proficiency in C#, OOP principles, and automation frameworks;
• Deep understanding of modern testing patterns, standards, and automation algorithms;
• Hands-on experience designing and building automated testing frameworks;
• Experience with Selenium or Playwright;
• Confident use of Git, CI/CD systems, and experience working in the terminal;
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes;
• Strong analytical skills, a love for troubleshooting, and a drive to get to the root cause;
• Nice to have: Experience working with AI agents and tools, experience in non-functional testing, experience with SQL and Bash or Python, adoption of DevOps practices.
