Spotware Systems develops financial technology products used by brokers and traders worldwide, including complex backend systems with high standards for quality, reliability, performance, and scalability.

Analyze business and technical requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies;
Perform manual and automated functional and non-functional testing;
Identify, investigate, document, and track software defects, provide root cause analysis, and work with developers on resolution;
Maintain and improve test environments for stable and efficient test execution;
Design, execute, and optimize test strategies for complex, high-availability backend systems;
Contribute to developing and maintaining automated test frameworks;
Participate in code reviews to maintain quality standards across automated tests and production code;
Continuously improve QA processes, testing methodologies, and automation practices.
требования
5+ Years of professional experience in Quality Assurance, primarily with backend applications;
2+ Years of experience troubleshooting Java applications;
Proficiency in Java for developing and maintaining automated tests;
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and test design techniques, including boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning, and state transition testing;
Experience creating and maintaining test cases in Allure TestOps, including requirements traceability and reporting;
Hands-on experience testing microservices and event-driven architectures;
Experience testing TCP socket-based integrations, including WebSocket and gRPC;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including impact analysis and work with functional and non-functional requirements;
Experience identifying root causes and understanding issue impact in complex backend environments;
Good SQL knowledge for backend data validation and troubleshooting;
Linux command-line experience for troubleshooting and maintaining test environments;
Strong communication skills;
English at B1+ level;
Russian language skills;
Active use of AI tools in daily QA and engineering workflow;
Nice to have: experience with binary protocols such as FIX, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse or similar databases, Kafka, Redis or other messaging and caching systems, Forex industry experience or knowledge of trading platforms.
