• Build and own the end-to-end recruiting pipeline for all Higgsfield hiring needs, from sourcing to closing;
• Hire software engineers, ML researchers, AI engineers, prompt engineers, and key talent across product, operations, growth, and business functions;
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Ashby, or similar platforms to identify and engage top candidates;
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to reach technical and non-technical passive candidates in competitive markets;
• Partner with founders and leadership to understand hiring requirements and design recruiting strategies;
• Craft and deliver compelling narratives that communicate Higgsfield’s mission and vision to talent across disciplines;
• Create a repeatable, scalable recruiting process as the company grows into a global leader.

• Proven experience recruiting AI/ML/SWE/Growth/Product/Ops/Design talent at top-tier companies or startups;
• Deep understanding of SWE, LLMs, machine learning, and AI talent profiles;
• Demonstrated success building technical teams from scratch;
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with senior engineers and researchers;
• Excellent written and spoken English fluency;
• Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Ashby, or similar recruiting tools;
• Nice to have: Experience recruiting in fast-scaling startups or teams, a strong network in the Kazakhstan and global talent ecosystem across engineering, design, product, growth, and operations, familiarity with compensation benchmarking for top engineering and research talent, exposure to employer branding and candidate experience design.
