• Proactively source and headhunt talent through LinkedIn and other channels;
• Interview and guide candidates throughout the hiring process;
• Build talent pipelines for future growth;
• Partner with hiring managers and advise them on the talent market;
• Create new ways to attract and engage potential candidates;
• Contribute to employer branding and recruitment campaigns;
• Use data and market insights to improve hiring processes;
• Test ideas, challenge existing approaches and help shape the Talent Attraction strategy.

• Connect naturally with people;
• Proactively approach passive candidates;
• Stay curious, creative and willing to try new approaches;
• Demonstrate resilience and motivation to achieve results;
• Work comfortably with different stakeholders;
• Speak Dutch or German fluently;
• Have professional English;
• Nice to have: Experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, sourcing or a recruitment agency.
