Facilitate a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams through excellent process and systems knowledge;
Build strong partnerships with business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide expert coaching and support on market, interview and process best practices;
Define and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive talent;
Assist with developing innovative future hiring strategies to build a pipeline of high-calibre talent;
Negotiate offer agreements with candidates.
требования
Previous in-house recruitment experience within the construction or consultancy sectors;
Experience partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs, communicate labour market conditions, and set expectations;
Excellent experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems;
Detail-oriented and quality-focused;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to manage own priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
