Wates Group operates in the construction industry. WPS is expanding its team and focuses on attracting, engaging, and hiring talent.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activity across professional, operational, and specialist roles;
• Build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce plans;
• Deliver recruitment campaigns aligned with business objectives and resourcing requirements;
• Source diverse, high-quality candidates through various attraction methods;
• Provide recruitment best-practice guidance and support to hiring managers;
• Ensure recruitment activity complies with employment legislation, immigration requirements, GDPR, and company policies;
• Support recruitment cost-saving initiatives through direct sourcing;
• Produce recruitment reports and analyze trends to support informed hiring decisions;
• Contribute to talent acquisition projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and diversity and inclusion objectives;
• Champion a positive candidate experience and promote the WPS employer brand.

• Previous experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle in an in-house or agency recruitment environment;
• Strong direct sourcing and candidate attraction skills;
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment technology;
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously;
• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and identify trends;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Up-to-date knowledge of employment law, immigration legislation, and GDPR;
• Proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Six-month fixed-term contract;
