• At least an hbo-level degree, preferably in a relevant field;
• At least 2 years of experience as a Recruiter or employment consultant;
• Strong social and communication skills;
• Empathy and persuasiveness;
• A proactive, commercial, and results-oriented attitude;
• Perseverance and the ability to switch easily between different stakeholders;
• Nice to have: Affinity with the financial sector and eagerness to deepen knowledge in it, experience building networks.
