AMGEN Capability Center Portugal supports the mission of helping shape the future of healthcare through innovation and technology. The Lisbon-based center brings together more than 500 people across over 30 functions and more than 40 nationalities to support areas including Data & Analytics, Digital, Technology & Innovation, Cybersecurity, R&D Operations, Global Distribution, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, and Human Resources.

Drive full-cycle hiring, from partnering with hiring managers to crafting recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and advising on the best hires;
Develop forward-thinking recruitment strategies to strengthen Amgen’s employer brand and attract top-tier talent using the AI-driven Candidate Relationship Management System;
Build strong pipelines for key roles and provide diverse, high-quality candidate shortlists;
Ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into Amgen’s HR systems;
Work alongside an international team to optimize processes and learn from each other.
требования
Hold a university degree or equivalent experience;
Have proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a high-volume, fast-paced environment;
Demonstrate a proactive and innovative mentality while acting as a recruitment partner for hiring managers;
Identify improvement opportunities and implement strategic solutions;
Show curiosity and market awareness to understand evolving business needs;
Be fluent in English and German;
Nice to have: Experience in recruitment for Technology, Global Operations, Supply Chain, and Medical Affairs; experience in the Healthcare business.
