The company is a fast-growing B2B iGaming business that builds premium slot games and game platforms for global partners.

• Support end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles;
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and other channels;
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews;
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines;
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process;
• Prepare candidate profiles and recruitment reports for hiring managers;
• Support offer and onboarding processes;
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and assist with talent market research;
• Work closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

• 1–2 Years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR;
• Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing and screening;
• Fluent in English and Russian, both written and spoken;
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills;
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple vacancies;
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment;
• Nice to have: Experience recruiting for IT, Technology, Gaming, or iGaming.
