• Own and drive the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, from Intake Meetings and needs analysis through negotiations and Pre-boarding;
• Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies and build pipelines within passive and niche global talent pools;
• Advise Hiring Managers with data-driven market insights, curated shortlists, and guidance on effective, unbiased hiring decisions;
• Ensure a positive, professional, and engaging candidate experience reflecting Employer Brand standards;
• Resolve operational changes or issues and ensure seamless delivery with minimal impact on customer satisfaction;
• Improve and scale global recruitment processes by identifying bottlenecks, proposing optimisation areas, and implementing best practices;
• Attend local industry conferences and events virtually or physically to represent VBET and network with top talent.

• 3+ Years of full-cycle recruitment experience handling complex Non-Tech and Tech roles in international or global markets;
• Experience hiring in demanding, fast-paced, and high-growth environments;
• Advanced sourcing skills and an established professional network across different GEOs;
• Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or Enterprise;
• C1 level of English proficiency;
• Fluent Ukrainian or Russian;
• Customer-focused mindset and strong results orientation;
• Interpersonal skills to engage, influence, and build trust with stakeholders at all levels, including leadership;
• High adaptability and ability to handle a high volume and complexity of concurrent tasks;
• Nice to have: Prior experience working with an international iGaming company.
