HR SPACE Recruitment & Organizational Development Group provides recruitment and organizational development services. The group is hiring on behalf of a partner construction and development company in Batumi that operates across international markets.

• Identify and engage new corporate clients and business partners in international markets through outbound lead generation;
• Manage inbound B2B leads, assess client needs, and ensure timely follow-up;
• Present corporate and investment offers, including available inventory, pricing, promotions, and payment plans;
• Participate in pricing negotiations with management and support contract execution;
• Organize site visits, business meetings, and client presentations;
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system;
• Prepare daily activity and performance reports;
• Manage and organize B2B-related documentation;
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging markets;
• Deliver timely, professional, and high-quality responses to client inquiries in line with company standards.

• Bachelor's degree;
• 1–2 Years of sales experience;
• B2B sales experience;
• Experience working with CRM systems;
• English proficiency at B2+ level;
• Detail-oriented, professional, motivated, goal-oriented, results-driven, proactive, well-organized, and responsible;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Nice to have: experience in real estate or construction, experience identifying international clients, experience working with prospect databases.

• GEL 1,800–4,000 + Performance Bonus;
• Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM;
• Hybrid work may be considered after the initial employment period.
