The company supports clients with business development, IT services, recruitment, and marketing solutions, helping them identify opportunities, build client relationships, and drive business growth.
задачи
Acquire new clients and develop relationships with existing clients;
Identify clients’ business needs and propose innovative solutions;
Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients;
Collaborate with IT Services, Recruitment, and Marketing teams to prepare personalized client offers;
Build and maintain the sales funnel and achieve sales targets;
Monitor the market, technology trends, and competitor activity in Digital and Data;
Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract finalization;
Actively acquire clients through cold calling, cold mailing, and business meetings;
Update data in the CRM system and monitor sales interactions and activities.
требования
At least 2 years of experience selling IT services, backed by successful client acquisition;
Ability to identify client needs and translate them into specific business and technology solutions;
Proactive approach, target orientation, and strong negotiation and presentation skills;
Knowledge of market and technology trends;
Experience selling in international markets;
Analytical thinking and attention to detail;
Very good English, minimum B2;
Good knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator;
Nice to have: CRM tools, especially HubSpot; Polish language.
