Amillex Global is a fast-growing global multi-asset broker providing trading solutions in Forex, Commodities, Indices, and Cryptocurrencies. The company is expanding into the CIS market.
задачи
Identify, approach, and onboard Introducing Brokers, financial KOLs, affiliate networks, and local crypto communities across Uzbekistan and the wider CIS region;
Act as the primary contact for local partners and explain Amillex’s value proposition, technology, and rebate structures;
Guide new partners and high-net-worth clients through onboarding;
Provide ongoing operational and promotional support to help partners scale their networks;
Monitor local market trends, crypto landscape dynamics, and competitor activities within the CIS region;
Provide market insights to the Sydney executive team;
Attend local fintech meetups, premium coworking networking events, and business meetups when required;
Build Amillex’s brand presence in Tashkent.
требования
Native or completely fluent Uzbek and Russian;
Professional or fluent English;
Prior experience as a BDM or Account Manager in the FX, CFD, or crypto brokerage industry is highly preferred;
Strong relationship-building and communication skills;
Comfortable working in a digital-first ecosystem with Telegram, CRM systems, MT5/cTrader, and Zoom/Teams;
Able to work independently without micro-management;
Nice to have: Connections with local retail traders, asset managers, crypto OTC/P2P merchants, or digital marketers in Uzbekistan; experience in traditional banking, wealth management, B2B fintech sales, or corporate insurance.
