Lead and coordinate a project development team;
Identify and secure sites, manage stakeholders, and lead land-use planning and building permit procedures through construction readiness;
Manage and optimize project budgets, objectives, schedules, and performance;
Collaborate closely with local stakeholders, including municipalities, authorities, agricultural cooperatives, and landowners;
Manage external consultants and service providers;
Conduct renewable energy market analyses and identify M&A opportunities for solar and battery storage projects.
требования
Several years of experience developing utility-scale solar, large-scale battery storage, or wind projects in Germany;
Knowledge of project management tools and financial feasibility models;
Extensive knowledge of the German renewable energy market and a strong network;
Determination and commitment;
Goal-oriented and highly organized approach;
Strong internal and external networking skills;
Ability to handle challenging situations during project peak phases;
Strong negotiation skills;
Solution-oriented and analytical approach;
Confident communication in German and English;
Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
