• Monitor boutique results, analyse key indicators and identify opportunities to improve business outcomes;
• Support the execution of the Maison’s strategy and commercial priorities within the boutique;
• Develop team members through regular feedback, coaching and forward-looking development conversations;
• Translate business objectives into clear individual goals and foster ownership and accountability;
• Address performance-related topics constructively and with a solution-oriented approach;
• Lead by example on the boutique floor and deliver personalised, memorable client experiences;
• Represent CHANEL as a brand ambassador and contribute to an aspirational environment;
• Support long-term client relationships through a personalised and consistent clienteling approach;
• Promote collaboration, trust, collective spirit and a cohesive team dynamic.

• Relevant experience in luxury retail, ideally in Fashion;
• Strong focus on client experience and service excellence;
• Ability to analyse performance and contribute to business development;
• Demonstrated ability and motivation to support team development and engagement;
• Confidence, professionalism and adaptability in different situations;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• High engagement, responsibility and team spirit;
• Fluent in Spanish and English;
• Nice to have: additional languages.
