• Achieve sell-out sales plans and build Perfect Stores;
• Ensure the availability and visibility of Unilever products in stores;
• Manage the sales representatives team, including visit planning, performance reporting, coaching, and team development;
• Monitor and execute promotional activities and implement new products and sales tools;
• Build relationships with key customers, including local and national chains;
• Manage the sales and promotional budget;
• Supervise display quality, POSM placement, and equipment inventory;
• Collaborate closely with KAM RLCH, KAM EC, KAM Distribution, and CDS on developing Unilever products in stores;
• Manage the EPOS account and report results.

• Experience managing a sales team and conducting on-the-job coaching in the field within an FMCG environment;
• Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills;
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage performance;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Fluent Polish;
• English at minimum B1 level;
• Practical knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint;
• Very good work organization, independence, and stress resilience;
• Knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation skills;
• Creativity, commitment, and flexibility.
