Actively solicit new business;
Build client relationships, manage negotiated rates, and analyze market trends to maximize occupancy;
Work closely with the Commercial Director on positioning, segmentation, and pricing strategy;
Coordinate with all hotel departments to ensure 5-star service and guest satisfaction;
Position the hotel in the Belgrade market and build the brand from zero.

Strong experience in hotels, with luxury or lifestyle experience preferred;
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills;
