The project operates in the energy sector and develops and maintains a global CPQ platform for configuring and pricing energy devices. The solution supports sales and engineering processes and integrates with corporate systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and PLM.

• Analyze business and technical requirements submitted by stakeholders;
• Gather and clarify needs related to monitoring and managing energy devices;
• Prepare functional specifications and user stories;
• Collaborate with the Product Owner, domain experts, and development teams;
• Model business processes and data flows;
• Participate in designing integrations between client systems and external solutions, including PLM, SAP, and Salesforce;
• Support the team during testing, deployments, and impact analysis of changes.

• At least 5 years of experience in business requirements analysis;
• Domain knowledge of energy, electrical devices, and transformers;
• Very good English at B2+/C1 level for daily collaboration in an international environment;
• Experience conducting workshops and gathering and analyzing business requirements;
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams;
• Experience in process analysis and requirements modeling;
• Willingness to work closely with technical issues and domain experts;
• Desire to understand processes and products related to the production, service, and monitoring of transformers;
• Proactive approach to learning and understanding industry specifics.
