The Client and Partner Technologies team enables Netflix experiences on partner devices and develops foundational client systems and tools.

Drive, develop, and execute software and hardware product roadmaps;
Work with internal cross-functional stakeholders to support technical engagements and partner roadmaps;
Interface with device partners, partner engineering teams, and internal engineers;
Use qualitative insights and quantitative metrics to guide decisions and measure success;
Drive efficiency and quality across partner device initiatives;
Find new opportunities and build them to scale;
Adapt product direction as partner priorities, strategies, and needs evolve;
Provide organization and direction in a dynamic environment;
Advocate for and demonstrate Netflix values.
требования
Deep experience with software test tools and shipping high-quality products;
Proven experience in product management, technical program management, software engineering, or leading software development projects;
Strong knowledge of embedded platforms and the consumer electronics market;
Effective communication skills for articulating business impact and technical constraints to different audiences;
Ability to think strategically and use data for decision-making;
Ability to balance consumer, partner, and business interests while considering technical integration tradeoffs;
Experience creating partnerships with cross-functional teams and organizations;
Experience driving large-scale technical execution plans with measurable milestones;
Ability to debate technical approaches and build long-term scalable solutions;
Nice to have: Track record of technical product transformation, finding new opportunities, and building them to scale; adaptability to changing partner priorities; ability to give and receive candid feedback.
