• Provide end-to-end HR support;
• Advise employees and managers throughout HR processes;
• Partner with managers on organizational matters;
• Develop and improve HR policies and processes;
• Monitor employee engagement and satisfaction and implement improvement initiatives;
• Support company culture and employer brand development;
• Identify team needs and implement initiatives to improve effectiveness and development;
• Organize internal events and initiatives that strengthen collaboration and company culture;
• Use HR analytics and people metrics to identify trends, assess risks, and provide data-driven recommendations.

• 4+ Years of experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner;
• Fluent Ukrainian;
• English at B1+;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
• Ability to build trusted relationships with employees and senior/C-level stakeholders;
• Strong business partnering mindset;
• Confident use of Google Docs and Sheets;
• Proactive and collaborative approach;
• Willingness to contribute to strategic initiatives and day-to-day HR tasks;
• Nice to have: experience managing a small HR team.
