• Advise executives on people and organisation decisions;
• Lead and develop an international HR team;
• Build consistent HR standards across locations;
• Keep local decisions close to local HR teams;
• Own organisational design and workforce planning;
• Drive performance and leadership development;
• Manage compensation, progression, and retention;
• Lead succession planning and talent development;
• Oversee employee relations and multi-country compliance;
• Improve HR systems, people data, and processes;
• Participate directly in executive decision-making;
• Shape the global HR function;
• Improve HR through data and AI.

• HR leadership experience within a growing tech organisation;
• Experience managing international HR teams;
• Strong knowledge of talent and performance management;
• Experience with compensation and career frameworks;
• Confidence using HR data to guide decisions;
• Practical, hands-on approach to leadership;
• English at B2 level;
• Nice to have: experience in technology, gaming, or product companies.

• The role is based at the Limassol HQ;
• The role covers teams across Cyprus, Albania, Israel, and other locations.
