• Run intake meetings with hiring managers to define what great looks like;
• Screen candidates and present qualified shortlists;
• Coordinate interview loops and gather structured feedback;
• Maintain ATS hygiene and report on funnel health;
• Champion candidate experience throughout the process.

• 2+ Years in talent acquisition or recruitment;
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS platforms, including Greenhouse, Lever, and Workday;
• Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean and X-ray search;
• Excellent written and verbal communication;
• Proactive candidate engagement and white-glove experience;
• Experience with structured interviewing and scorecard methodology;
• Strong interpersonal judgment and ability to handle sensitive information;
• Clear communication across cultures and seniority levels;
• Action-oriented approach and structured problem-solving;
• Comfort working asynchronously across time zones.
