BD Manager

BTCC is a financial services company operating in the trading industry.

• Proactively identify, target, and acquire new partnership for MBG products and services;
• Build, develop, and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention;
• Stay updated on global economic events, market trends, and currency fluctuations to provide timely market insights;
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs; report on sales activities and performance regularly;
• Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, support, and compliance, to enhance client experience and service delivery.

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field;
• Have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably within CFD, Forex, crypto, financial services, or trading platforms;
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Forex markets, trading platforms, technical analysis, and risk management;
• Show a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market;
• Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to explain complex trading concepts;
• Build strong networks and attract high-potential clients;
• Interpret market trends and economic data to support client trading decisions;
• Exhibit proficiency with Forex trading platforms, such as MT4/MT5 and cTrader, as well as CRM systems;
• Be willing to relocate and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving market environment;
• Nice to have: Forex certifications.
